NOTICE OF FILING This job opportunity notice is posted by Universal Cleaning Connect, Inc. for US and H-2B Workers Position : 10 Temporary, Full-time Housekeepers Dates of Employ : April 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026 Housekeeper Duties Includes : Cleaning and maintenance: Professionally clean and maintain properties using company-prescribed cleaning procedures, products, and equipment. This includes sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces. Furniture and laundry: Move reasonably portable furniture to clean underneath and behind, assist with laundry as for housekeeping purposes. Inventory and supplies: Replenish consumable items such as toiletries and paper products to ensure guest satisfaction. Property inspection: Identify and report damages, create maintenance tickets as necessary, and notify management of any concerns. Hot tub maintenance: Perform basic maintenance and care for hot tubs; on-site training provided. Guest experience: Ensure homes are clean, safe, and welcoming, helping create a positive guest experience. Additional tasks: Attend mandatory meetings, adhere to housekeeping metrics, and perform other duties as assigned. Consistently meet or exceed cleanliness standards as measured by guest feedback and internal audits. Complete assigned cleaning tasks within established timeframes without compromising quality. Maintain an average score of [specific metric, such as 95%] or higher in post-cleaning inspections. Report maintenance issues promptly and ensure they are logged accurately to support timely resolution. Uphold safety and hygiene protocols, including proper handling of cleaning supplies and equipment. Contribute to a positive team environment by demonstrating reliability, flexibility, and effective communication. Worksite : 2820 W. Country Blvd, Branson, MO 65616 Work Hours : Hours vary in shifts from 9 am - 4 pm or 4 pm - 11 pm. Work on Saturday and Sunday might be required. Rate of Pay : The Employer offers 35- 40 Hours per week and employees are paid weekly or bi-weekly. Workers will be paid no less than$15.93 per hour. Hours vary in shifts from 9am-4pm or 4pm-11pm.Work on Saturday and Sunday might be required. All deductions required by law will be deducted from the workers' weekly (or biweekly) paycheck, as well as transportation and lodging charges if applicable. Details : The anticipated period of employment will last 207 days or more. The employer guarantees to offer work for a total number of hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period. The employer will provide workers at no charge all the tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period noted above, the employer will reimburse the worker for in-bound transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily meals will be provided at a rate of at least $16.28p/day during travel to a maximum of $68p/day with receipts. Workers will be reimbursed in the first work week for all visa, visa processing, border crossing and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (except passport fees). Lodging and transportation are available by the employer(this is optional) at the rate of$125 per week for dormitory-style lodging and $100 per week for transportation to and from the worksite each day of employment from a designated pick-up location. Workers are responsible for daily transportation to and from the designated pick-up location area. Employers will then provide each work crew with daily transportation among the worksite locations. Employers do not provide workers daily board (food). Workers are responsible for obtaining and preparing their

own food.
